In the case of a parcel of which the address of origin and the new address falling under the area of delivery of the same post office or no one claiming it or not accepting to receive it apart from the address of the sender falling under the delivery area of the post office of origin, all parcels to be redirected for any other reason shall be subject to an additional charge of 50% to be appreciated upon delivery. However, until the addressee or its representative gives a notice, redirection shall not be done in such manner.
